Consultation has concluded
Council has received a request to amend Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 to reduce the minimum lot size applying to Lot 4, DP 1138855, 101 Faviell Drive, Bonville. At its Ordinary meeting of 10 March 2022, Council resolved to proceed with a planning proposal for this matter and to seek a Gateway determination from the Minister for Planning and Homes to allow the planning proposal to be publicly exhibited. The proposal is for an amendment to the Minimum Lot Size map, reducing the minimum lot size applying to 101 Faviell Drive, Bonville from one hectare to 5,000m2.
In accordance with the Minister’s determination and Council’s resolution, Planning Proposal PP-2021-4831 will be publicly exhibited from Friday, 13 May 2022 to close of business on Friday, 27 May 2022.
