Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable community groups to enter into a licence for occupation of the Mud Brick Hut Buildings in Duke Street, Coffs Harbour.

It is proposed the successful applicant will take up occupation as soon as Short-Term Licence Agreement(s) are issued. The Licence Period will be for a maximum term of 12 months with the prospect of longer term tenancies to be issued in due course.
