Consultation has concluded
Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 28 November 2019 resolved to place the findings of a review of Council’s fees and charges (where they relate to proponent initiated amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013)on public exhibition.
The review provides information as to how Coffs Harbour City Council's existing fees and charges for proponent-initiated, comparable scale, LEP amendments compare with those for other NSW North Coast regional cities. The North Coast Regional Plan 2036 identifies these North Coast regional cities as Port Macquarie, Tweed Heads, Lismore and Coffs Harbour.
This review of Council’s fees and charges (where they relate to proponent initiated amendments to Coffs Harbour LEP 2013) will be publicly exhibited from18 December 2019 to 14 February 2020.
Fact sheets are provided to explain what is involved in requesting an amendment to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Fact Sheet 1), and how the fees and charges for LEP amendments are structured (Fact Sheet 2).
