Consultation has concluded

Council is reviewing the Coffs Harbour City Rural Residential Strategy 2009 as part of its broader review of the Coffs Harbour Local Growth Management Strategy (LGMS).

The 2009 strategy included a two-stage land release program that looks at supplying land to the market over twenty years. More information is contained in the attached fact sheet.

The next stage of this review will update the land release strategy as required, subject to policy changes supported by Council and the North Coast Regional Plan 2036.

Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 22 August 2019 considered the Draft Large Lot Residential Chapter 6 and adopted the Chapter with some minor changes. More information about Council's resolution can be found on its Council Meetings and Agendas page. Council will then send this Chapter to the Department of Planning Industry and Environment for endorsement.
