PROJECT UPDATE:

At the 13 February 2020 Council Meeting four motions passed to progress the Coffs Harbour Cultural and Civic Space project.

The appointment of the Project Manager, Cost Manager and the Head Design Consultant will see the project progress in the detailed design phase. The approval of the demolition Development Application for 23-31 Gordon Street means the existing buildings will be removed to prepare the site for construction.
