The City of Coffs Harbour is inviting you to help shape the future of our community.

We’re seeking feedback on the Draft Delivery Program 2025–2029 and Operational Plan 2026/27 — key documents that outline what we will deliver, how we’ll do it, and where we’ll invest over the next few years.

The 2026/27 Operational Plan marks Year 2 of our four-year program, continuing to bring our shared vision for a thriving, sustainable and connected Coffs Harbour to life.

These plans guide how we:

  • Deliver essential services across the community
  • Maintain and improve infrastructure and public spaces
  • Manage resources, assets and finances responsibly
  • Turn community priorities into real outcomes

We’re also inviting feedback on the Draft 2026/27 Fees and Charges, which outlines pricing for user-paid services across the City.

Together, these documents support the long-term goals set out in the MyCoffs 2035 Community Strategic Plan, ensuring we stay on track and respond to what matters most to our community.

So far, we’ve committed to delivering 119 significant operating projects over four years, with 70 already completed or underway in the first year. Following a review of progress, new priority operating projects have also been identified for inclusion in the year ahead.

Looking ahead, the draft 2026/27 Plan proposes a total capital expenditure of $93.3 million, comprising a $61.4 million Capital Works Program to deliver projects across the city, together with an additional $32.5 million for strategic land acquisitions, regional water supply upgrades, and annual asset renewals. Investments across key areas include:

  • $3.03 million for buildings and property
  • $4.03 million for commercial business operations
  • $9.23 million allocated to water services
  • $5.63 million for our open space's maintenance and development
  • $17.4 million towards transport infrastructure
  • $5.56 million for stormwater and drainage works across our community
  • $11.7 million for wastewater services
