Consultation has concluded

Following the adoption of the 2022-2023 Operational Plan and Fees and Charges, Council identified some fees and charges that were omitted or have changed due to legislative amendments.

At the 25 August 2022 Ordinary Meeting, Council authorised the public exhibition of some fees and charges that were not included in the exhibited version of the Schedule of Fees and Charges 2022-23 for exhibition for 28 days in accordance with Section 610F of the Local Government Act NSW 1993.

Submissions for the Draft Amended Fees & Charges have now closed. Council will no consider submissions received during this exhibition period. Outcomes will be report to Council on Thursday 13 October 2022.
