Strategy Development

From July to November, the City engaged external consultants, Otium, to undertake detailed investigations into the condition, performance and future needs of aquatic facilities across the region.

This work included facility assessments, analysis of population growth and future trends, review of operational data, and community engagement activities including intercept surveys and stakeholder workshops. Findings from this work informed the development of the draft Aquatic Facilities Strategy.
