The City is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to reduce the minimum lot size at No. 92 Faviell Drive, Bonville.

The proposal will enable a development application to be made for subdivision of the land into four residential allotments for large lot residential purposes.

Proposed amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 will:

  • Amend the Lot Size Map (Sheet LSZ_006), as it relates to zone R5 Large Lot Residential land at Lot 8 DP 260744 No. 92 Faviell Drive, Bonville, from one hectare to 4,000m2.
