Council at its Ordinary meeting of 8 July 2021, resolved to initiate an amendment to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 toreduce the minimum lot size that applies to 116 Braford Drive, Bonville and to seek a Gateway determination from the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces to allow it to be publicly exhibited. On the 23 July 2021, the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces issued a Gateway determination for Planning Proposal PP-2021-4487. In accordance with the Minister’s determination and Council’s resolution, the planning proposal and associated draft DCP mapping amendments are now publicly available for community consultation.
The exhibition period is from Monday, 23 August 2021 to close of business on Monday, 6 September 2021. The planning proposal and all related information can be viewed in the document library on this web page.
