Public Exhibition has concluded
Consultation closed: thank you to everyone who provided feedback.
The City is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to rezone land at 218 East Bank Road, Coramba from Zone RU2 Rural Landscape to part Zone R5 Large Lot Residential and part Zone C2 Environmental Conservation.
The proposal will enable future use of the land forlarge lot residential purposes.
The planning proposal also proposes to reduce the minimum lot size from 40 hectares to 8000 m2.
Changes to the mapped front, side, and rear building setback controls are also proposed as a consequence of the rezoning of the land. All mapping associated with the planning proposal and the amended setback controls can be viewed HERE.
