Consultation has concluded.

The City is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to reduce the minimum lot size at No. 19 Smiths Road, Emerald Beach.

The proposal will enable a development application to be made for subdivision of the land into three large lot residential allotments.

Proposed amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 will:

  • Amend the Lot Size Map (Sheet LSZ_005E), as it relates to Lot 5 DP 563449, No. 19 Smiths Road, Emerald Beach, from one hectare to 4,000 m2.
