The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to reduce the minimum lot size at No. 198 Ayrshire Park Drive, Boambee.

The proposal will enable a development application to be made for subdivision of the land into two large lot residential allotments.

Proposed amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 will:

• Amend the Lot Size Map (Sheet LSZ_006B), as it relates to Lot 411 DP 1276302, No. 198 Ayrshire Park Drive, Boambee, from one hectare to 4,500 m2.
