Consultation has concluded.

The City is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to reduce the minimum lot size at No. 37 Campbell Close, Korora.

The proposal will enable a development application to be made for subdivision of the land into two large lot residential allotments.

Proposed amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 will:

  • Amend the Lot Size Map (Sheet LSZ_005C), as it relates to Lot 1 DP 1130767, No. 37 Campbell Close, Korora, from one hectare to 5,000 m2.
