Are we on the right track?

We want to hear what you think of our draft 2022-26 Delivery Program (Year 2) and draft 2023/24 Operational Plan and Budget.

The draft Operational Plan for 2023/24 outlines our proposed budget and activities for the year ahead. It also shows a full list of proposed capital work as well as proposed fees and charges.

The draft Plan sets out how we’ll be turning ideas and commitments from the four-year Delivery Program into the services and projects we deliver to support our community’s vision for the future – Connected Sustainable Thriving.

The draft budget sets out the projects, programs and everyday activities Council delivers throughout the year. There continues to be a significant investment in maintaining and renewing assets across the region.

The budget is headlined by a capital work program of $63.5 million. This includes $19.3 million for new roads and renewing existing roads, bridges, bus shelters, cycleways, shared paths and car parks; as well as $9.2 million to upgrade existing play spaces, parks and reserves.
