Consultation has concluded

Purpose of the amendment

The NSW Government is simplifying business and industrial zones across the state. Earlier this year, the NSW Government exhibited a draft amendment to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 to replace business and industrial zones with new employment zones. The amendment also included consequential changes to associated local planning controls.

We have prepared Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 (DCP 2015) Amendment No. 35 to ensure that City of Coffs Harbour local planning controls are up to date and aligned with these changes by the NSW Government.

We are seeking feedback on DCP 2015 Amendment No. 35 prior to the implementation of the Coffs Harbour LEP 2013 employment zone amendments commencing on 26 April 2023.
