Consultation has concluded

Council at its Ordinary meeting of 14 October 2021, resolved to initiate an amendment to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 to rezone land located at Bark Hut Road Woolgoolga (Lot 2 DP 1277984) and amend Clause 7.19 of Coffs Harbour LEP 2013. Council also resolved to seek a Gateway Determination from the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces to allow the amendments to be publicly exhibited. Council also resolved to publicly exhibit Draft Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan (DCP) 2015 - Amendment Number 20 (Bark Hut Road, Woolgoolga) involving DCP mapping amendments concurrently with the associated LEP amendments.

On 1 November 2021, the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces issued a Gateway Determination for Planning Proposal PP-2021-5577. In accordance with the Minister's determination and Council's resolution, the planning proposal and associated draft DCP mapping amendments are now publicly available for community consultation.

The exhibition period is from Monday 15 November 2021 to close of business on Wednesday 15 December 2021.
