Consultation has concluded
Ayrshire Park is located at the corner of Ayrshire Park Drive and Middle Boambee Road at Middle Boambee, approximately 10 kilometres southwest of the Coffs Harbour city centre. The land comprises 2.95 hectares is predominately zoned RE1 Public Recreation and E2 Conservation and is under the care, control and management of a Section 355 Facility Management Committee.
The Ayrshire Park Boambee Masterplan was developed to guide and coordinate future improvements to the park with the aim of enhancing utilisation and optimise its overall recreational, environment and visual attributes.
Following a 42 day community consultation period during April and May 2019 the Masterplan was reviewed and updated with minor changes consistent with the majority of submissions received.
On Thursday 26 September 2019 at its Ordinary Council Meeting Council resolved to
- Adopt the Ayrshire Park Boambee Masterplan
- Consider capital improvements outlined in the Masterplan against other funding priorities within future delivery programs.
- Notify Council's decision to those that made a submission to the draft Ayrshire Park Boambee Masterplan
