Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015 (‘DCP 2015’) came into force on 29 September 2015 and gives effect to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (‘LEP 2013’).
The purpose of this report is to seek endorsement from Council to undertake a fourth housekeeping review of DCP 2015 to address a resolution from Council’s Ordinary Meeting of 9 May 2019. At that meeting, Council resolved to release a ‘restriction on use’ that applies to Lots 32-35, DP1237515, Cobia Close, Korora and to amend front, side and rear setback requirements for this land, to address perceived amenity issues from adjoining landowners that could result from future development on the land.

Make a submission
You can make a written submission on the draft DCP, before close of business 23 September 2019,by:

In order for Council to consider electronic submissions each submission must: a) contain legitimate contact details; b) be received by Council during the submission period; and c) be correctly or ‘properly’ made to include the proposal title and reasons for the submission.
