Why is Council introducing the new policy?
To have a fair and
transparent process to determine appropriate rental of Council managed
properties.
Will our rent change straight away?
Rent will be reviewed
under the new policy only when a new tenure is offered, or when rent is
scheduled for a market review.
Who is affected by this policy?
All people/groups that have leases/licences/tenures which
occupy Council managed property.
