Purpose of the Parking Plan?
The purpose of developing a Parking Plan for the City Centre is to work out future parking supply and management to support the needs of businesses, customers, shoppers, workers and visitors.

In person - attend a pop-up session in the City Centre to speak with our planning staff. The pop-up session will be held in the City Centre at the Coffs Coast Growers Market from 8am to 2pm on Thursday 9 May 2024.
Consultation closes Tuesday 14 May 2024.
Next steps
We will review all community input to help inform the development of the Draft City Centre Parking Plan.
A Draft Parking Plan will be reported to Council later in 2024 and with Council approval placed on Public Exhibition as a draft document to give the community a chance to provide further feedback.

We are seeking initial input from the community to help us understand your parking preferences, issues, and thoughts for improvements to car parking in the City Centre. This input will feed into development of a draft parking plan,
Exhibition of Draft City Centre Parking Plan
this is an upcoming stage for City Centre Parking Plan
A plan will be developed using this input and then put to Council later in 2024 to be placed on exhibition as a draft for public comment.

Evaluation and review of comments received on the draft plan. The project team will report back on key outcomes.
Decision by Council
