We're inviting the community to provide feedback on proposed updates to the Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan (DCP) 2015.
The City’s Development Control Plan (Coffs Harbour DCP 2015) contains guidance for the design and assessment of development.
We are seeking community feedback on the DCP Amendment to update references to align with the recently released NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure Community Participation Plan.
Amendments will include:

Reflecting changes to planning legislation.
The City regularly reviews and updates its DCP to ensure that it performs appropriately and to provide additional guidance where needed or to address changes in legislation and errors.
