Have your say on proposed updates to the Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan 2015

We're inviting the community to provide feedback on proposed updates to the Coffs Harbour Development Control Plan (DCP) 2015.

The DCP provides guidance for the design and assessment of new development across the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area. Keeping it up to date helps ensure new development is well designed, reflects current planning requirements, and supports the future growth of our community.

The proposed amendments include:

  • Updating DCP maps to align with current digital mapping and property boundaries.
  • Making minor updates to improve clarity and usability.
  • Reflecting changes to planning legislation.

The City regularly reviews the DCP to ensure it remains current, practical and effective. Your feedback will help shape these updates and ensure the DCP continues to support quality development outcomes for our community.
