What is the Water Efficiency Strategic Plan?
The 2026 Water Efficiency Strategic Plan (WESP) for the Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour Regional Water Supply Strategy (RWSS) builds on the initiatives of the 2007, 2013 and 2020 WESPs to continue to deliver water conservation programs throughout the region.
These programs are part of wider strategies being implemented by Clarence Valley Council (CVC) and City of Coffs Harbour (City) such as Integrated Water Cycle Management (IWCM) to ensure water supply security across the region.
