The City is seeking community feedback on a planning proposal to reduce the minimum lot size at No. 43 Faviell Drive, Boambee.
The proposal will enable a development application to be made for subdivision of the land into two residential allotments for large lot residential purposes.
Proposed amendments to Coffs Harbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 will:
- Amend the Lot Size Map (Sheet LSZ_006), as it relates to Lot 381 DP 844187 No. 43 Faviell Drive, Boambee, from one hectare to 4,000m2.
