Terms and Conditions - Win a prize

By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to its terms and conditions.

Entry is open from Monday 27 October until Sunday 23 November, 5pm AEDT. 

Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 14 days of the survey closing.

Terms and conditions

• Employees of the City are ineligible to enter. 
• Entrants must be aged 16 years or over. 
• Only one entry per person or household. 
• Prizes are non-redeemable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 
• Once awarded, it is winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize in accordance with its terms and conditions.  
• If a prize becomes unavailable or is cancelled for any reason, no substitutions will be provided. 
• Prizes must be accepted within 7 days of notification from the City. 
• The City is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or incorrectly addressed submissions. 
• The City reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. 
• The winner will be chosen based on the quality of submission (skill-based, not chance based). 

Privacy and personal information  

Personal information submitted for the purpose of the giveaway will only be used for administering the giveaway unless you agree to receive updates from the City.
