Key Dates

There are a number of key stakeholders engaged with activities at North Wall Foreshore and Car Park, including Government Agencies and their Appointed Authorities, Advisory Groups, Reference Groups, Licensees including sports operators and a food vendor. Major event organisers are also engaged with the location and surrounds. Council is consulting with representatives of these key stakeholders to ensure the detailed designs address key objectives for enhancing the recreational and social opportunities as well as achieving targets for accessibility, increased parking and improved traffic flow and safety.

Site establishment works are expected from Monday April 19. The North Wall Car Park site and project area will be closed throughout the works.

The car park upgrade works and landscaping will be completed over a three-month period, weather permitting.

Night works on Marina Drive from 8pm Tuesday 18 May to 5am Wednesday May 19, to lay dredging pipeline under the road. Traffic Controls in Place. Please Use Caution.
